To handle that power, Genesis reworked the chassis with Electronic Control Suspension, refined suspension geometry, and a wider track for better grip and stability. A High-Performance Battery Control system also manages battery temperature, so the car delivers consistent performance during hard driving.

The GV60 Magma uses an 84.0 kWh battery with an EPA-estimated range of up to 222 miles. Its 800-volt system can charge from 10% to 80% in about 18 minutes on a 350 kW DC fast charger. It also has a built-in NACS charging port, which gives drivers access to the Tesla Supercharger network, IONNA, and other public charging stations. For most Metro Atlanta drivers, home Level 2 charging will cover everyday driving, with fast charging available for longer trips.
